Unfounded charge back on my store

Recently a unfounded claim of fraud was

made again my store I uploaded documents from Amazon to show that the products were purchase shipped and delivered to the information provided on the platform 

the order was shipped by Amazon 

however you are moving Forward with the change back please advise if you need additional proof and what that would be

someone clearly went to the store and

order the Products only to comemonth later to

claim fraud

varify the person information on your end
